2. Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. There are no accounts, logins, or checkout on the Site.

Inquiry form. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message so that we can respond to you.

Newsletter. When our newsletter is launched, you will be able to subscribe with your email address (and optionally your name). We will send marketing emails only with your consent, and every email will include an unsubscribed link.

Usage data. We use analytics tools to collect general information about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

If you contact us by email instead of the form, we hold the details you choose to share only to respond to your message.

3. How we use your information

We use the details from your inquiry to answer your question and follow up on your request. We use your newsletter subscription to send you updates about Asa Moose until you unsubscribe. We use Google Analytics data only to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. In practice this means:

• Measuring which pages and content are most useful
• Fixing errors and performance problems on devices or browsers
• Understanding which countries and regions our visitors come from
• Planning future features and content

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis. Under the GDPR, analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); analysis of already-anonymized, aggregated data relies on our legitimate interest in running and improving the Site (Article 6(1)(f)). Under the UAE PDPL, we rely on your consent (Article 4) for analytics cookies and on our legitimate interest in aggregated reporting. Responding to an inquiry is based on the steps you ask us to take and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f); UAE PDPL Article 4). Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

4. Cookies, sharing, transfers and retention

Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and to help the Site function. You can decline analytics cookies through the cookie banner or block them in your browser settings. Declining cookies does not affect your use of the Site.

Who do we share data with. Usage data is processed by Google LLC and its affiliates as our service provider under Google's data processing terms. Google may also use the data for its own purposes as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Inquiry and newsletter data are stored by our form and email service providers, who act on our instructions. We do not share data with any other third party, except where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers. Google processes data on servers worldwide, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UAE, the EEA, or the UK, we rely on safeguards recognized under the applicable law, such as approved contractual clauses with our providers.

Retention. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiry details are kept for 12 months after your query is resolved, then deleted, unless we need to keep them for legal reasons. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to how we process your data, including analytics
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example by changing your cookie settings
• Data portability, receiving your data in a machine-readable format
• Complaint to a supervisory authority: the UAE Data Office for UAE residents, your national data protection authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK

We will respond to every request within 30 days. Usage data is anonymized, so we may not be able to link a request to it, but we can act on your inquiry and newsletter details. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 6. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Security, children, changes and contact

Security. The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to our Google Analytics account is limited to authorized staff with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we process.

Children. The Site is not directed at children under 18 (under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links. The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and you should read their policies before sharing data with them.

Changes to this policy. We will update this policy if we begin collecting customer or account data, add new tools, or if the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
